Staff Picks: Abiquiu Sunset

We recently polled the Woolen Mill Store staff to find out everyone's favorite blankets. The new Abiquiu Sunset blanket was another staff pick.

A village called Abiquiu sits on a rocky mesa above the Rio Chama in New Mexico. Historians believe it was the prehistoric site of a Tewa Pueblo village dating back to 1300 AD. In more modern times, artist Georgia O'Keeffe lived and painted in Abiquiu for more than four decades.

The colors in this blanket reflect the natural bands of color layered in the red rock cliffs: gold, brown, maroon, and purple.

Abiquiu Sunset is available in three sizes: Robe (64x80), Queen (90x90), and King (108x90). Find it at the Woolen Mill Store and other stores that carry the Pendleton Home line, or shop the entire Pendleton Catalong online.
