Dog Days of Summer Update

We're just past the halfway point of the month of June, so we thought it would be a good time to give you an update on our toymaking project benefitting Fences for Fido.

As of 6/15/2014, our crafty community has made more than 80 braided tug toys for Fences for Fido using our Earth-friendly wooly worm mill scraps. We're past the halfway point to 100, and that's awesome!

If you haven't stopped by the Woolen Mill Store for make and take dog toys, there's still time. Make one for your own family pet and one to donate towards our goal of 100 toys. It costs nothing but a few minutes of your time -- all materials have been donated by Pendleton Woolen Mills.

Bring the family, bring friends. If you can make a braid, you can do this! If you can't we'll be glad to show you. Help us surpass our goal of 100 tug toys for fidos in need in Oregon and SW Washington.
